Doctorant à la Toulouse School of Economics, Alípio Ferreira est spécialiste en économie publique et travaille notamment sur les thématiques d'évasion fiscale et de fiscalité environnementale. Plus précisément, il s'intéresse au rôle de l'Etat dans la correction des défaillances de marché, la résolution de certains enjeux environnementaux et la provision de biens publics. Il est diplômé de la Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brésil) et de l'Université de Tilbourg (Pays-Bas).
